报告299名3～53岁HBsAg阳性携带者以ELISA法检测抗—HBe的结果,总检出率为39.13％。在各年龄组中,<10岁组的检出率明显低于其他各组,经分别与40～岁和≥50岁组相比,差异均显著(P均<0.05)。不同HBsAg阳性滴度的各个抗—HBe检出率之间的变化粗粗看来似无明显的规律性,但高滴度组的抗—HBe检出率仍可见到下降趋势,经统计学处理,各组间的差异仍具有非常显著的统计学意义(x~2=27.23,P<0.01)。
A total of 299 HBsAg positive carriers from 3 to 53 years old were reported to detect anti-HBe by ELISA. The overall detection rate was 39.13%. In all age groups, the detection rate of <10-year-old group was significantly lower than that of other groups, and the difference was significant (P <0.05) compared with 40-year-old group and 50-year-old group respectively. The variation of the detection rate of each anti-HBe with different HBsAg positive titers seems to have no obvious regularity, but the detection rate of anti-HBe in the high titers group can still be seen to decline. After statistical analysis The difference between the groups still had a very significant statistical significance (x ~ 2 = 27.23, P <0.01).
