选取安顺4个山药种植区的同种山药,测定山药根茎灰分的质量分数及其对应生长土壤中几种矿质元素的质量比.结果表明:山药根茎中灰分的质量分数与土壤中Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe元素的质量比呈显著负相关关系;通过多元回归分析建立了山药根茎中灰分与土壤中这4种元素的数学模型,模型揭示了土壤中Cu,Mn,Zn,Fe等元素的质量比对山药根茎营养品质产生的影响.
The same yam of four yam planting areas in Anshun was selected to determine the mass fraction of rhizome ash and the mass ratio of several mineral elements in the corresponding growing soil.The results showed that the mass fraction of ash, Zn, and Fe.
