近几年来,在财政部门和主管部门的监督指导下,基层统计单位的部门预算编制和预算执行情况有了明显改善,但仍存在着一些不够规范、不够完善的地方。笔者在基层统计单位从事财务工作将近20年,现结合实践,就当前部门预算管理中存在的问题谈谈自己的几点想法。 In recent years, with the supervision and guidance of the financial departments and competent departments, departmental budgeting and budget implementation at the grass-roots units have been significantly improved.
