萤光分光光度法测定人腰脑脊液中总氨基酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸,色氨酸5-羟色胺及5-羟吲哚乙酸的含量

目前研究人体中枢递质的代谢,可行而又常用的方法是通过测定其在人腰脑脊液中的浓度变化间接了解脑内的代谢情况。我们收集了一批患有不同神经系统疾病及基本排除神经,精神病的病人腰脑脊液。采用茧光分光光度法测定其中六种与中枢神经递质密切相关的氨基酸及其代谢产物的含量。有关正常人腰脑脊液中这些物质的含量,国内未见报导,国外的材料也不完全一致。我们工作的结果: At present, it is feasible and commonly used to study the metabolism of the human central nervous system by indirectly understanding the metabolic status in the brain by measuring its concentration change in human lumbar and cerebrospinal fluid. We collected a group of patients with different neurological diseases and the basic exclusion of neurological, psychiatric patients with lumbar cerebrospinal fluid. Cocoon light spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents of six amino acids and their metabolites closely related to CNS neurotransmitter. About normal waist and cerebrospinal fluid in the content of these substances, no reports of domestic, foreign materials are not exactly the same. The result of our work:
