水稻是世界重要的粮食作物之一,是人类赖以生存的一种食物。水稻作为一种C3植物,较低的光合速率限制了水稻的产量。因此,通过提高水稻的光合速率增加水稻产量尤为重要。本综述主要综述了C_4植物的光合特征、转C_4基因水稻的提出、转C_4基因水稻的生理特性变化、转C_4基因水稻的叶片结构特征及其在水稻遗传育种中的应用,以及对转C_4基因水稻的前景进行了展望。
Rice is one of the important food crops in the world and is a kind of food on which human beings depend. Rice as a C3 plant, lower photosynthetic rate limits the rice yield. Therefore, increasing rice yield by increasing photosynthetic rate of rice is particularly important.
