根据方坯连铸过程中在二冷区的凝固特点,应用ANSYS有限元软件建立了铸坯的数学模型,并模拟方坯凝固时的应力场分布情况,简要分析二冷热应力的变化对铸坯质量的影响,为研究二冷对铸坯的质量影响提供了理论依据。模拟结果表明:提高拉速,内裂产生的可能性减小;提高比水量使偏角区热应力增大,对表面和角部热应力影响较小;和比水量相比较,拉速对热应力的影响比较大。
According to the characteristics of solidification in secondary cooling zone during billet continuous casting, the mathematical model of slab is established by using ANSYS finite element software. The distribution of stress field during billet solidification is simulated. The change of secondary thermal stress is analyzed briefly. Billet quality, for the study of secondary cooling on the quality of the slab provides a theoretical basis. The simulation results show that the possibility of increasing the pulling speed and internal fissure is reduced; the specific heat capacity is increased by increasing the specific water amount, and the thermal stress on the surface and corner is less affected; The impact of stress is relatively large.
