随着体育科学的不断发展,无论在教学内容、实验方法以及仪器设备等方面,运动生理学实验已有较大的改革。但目前的现状仍不能满足总体教学改革的需要。 传统的实验课内容设置,试图保持生理学教学的系统性与完整性,使运动生理学实验过多地倾向于普通生理学而与运动实践的需要脱节。如蛙心的期前收缩与代偿间隙、兔的血压调节、兔的去大脑僵直等等。这些实验内容在医学院校的生理实验教学中占有相当重要的位置,但在体育院校本科或专科的运动生理实验教学中,就未必属于重要内容。从教学效果看,即使学生做了这些实验,学生也不一定真正掌握实验内容。而真正能在运动实践中运用,能对运动实践具有指导意义的实验,如无氧阈值的测定、反应时的测定、训练水平的生理学评定等,或因教学时数限制,或因实验条件不具备而未能开设。这显然是不符合运动生理学教学的目的。因此,一些与运动实践明显脱节或过于偏重基础生理学的实验内容,似无保留价值,而那些能应用于运动训练与体育教学实践的实验内容,应想方设法开设。

This is obviously not in line with the purpose of sports physiology teaching. Therefore, some experiments that are obviously out of line with the exercise practice or too much emphasis on the basic physiology may appear to have no reservation value. However, those experiment contents that can be applied to the practice of sports training and physical education should be found out.
