思想政治工作以“人”为对象,“以人为本”是思想政治工作的出发点和归宿。通过对以人为本中的“人”因素剖析,了解人具有自然性、社会性、实践性的属性,进一步剖析人在不同阶段的需要,即生存需要、关系需要、发展需要,为思想政治政治者做好基层企业思想政治工作寻求理论依据。根据理论研究的结果,以实际的上海红双喜游艇有限公司为实例,分析上海红双喜游艇有限公司现行的员工思想政治工作的一些做法,通过理论与实践结合使理论更具应用性、可靠性。
