9月8日,中国重汽集团杭州发动机有限公司(下称“杭发”)新厂区在杭州市萧山经济开发区奠基动工。该项目总投资20亿元,计划于5年内建成年产10万台重型发动机的生产基地。通过整体规划和搬迁,杭发公司的生产规模将扩大一倍以上,以期解决重汽集团目前遭遇的产能“瓶颈”。杭发的搬迁,引出了一系列问题:杭发未来在重汽的规划中扮演什么样的角色?杭发是否会与重汽章丘发动机厂发生竞争?杭发的产能扩张是否会导致产能过剩?杭发谋求出路的突破在何方?
On Sept. 8, the new factory of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hangfa”) started construction in Hangzhou Xiaoshan Economic Development Zone. The project total investment of 2000000000 yuan, is scheduled to be completed within 5 years with an annual output of 100,000 heavy engines production base. Through the overall planning and relocation, Hangfa’s production scale will more than double in order to solve the current capacity bottleneck encountered by CNHTC. The relocation of Hangfa raises a series of questions: What is the future role of Hangfa in the planning of heavy truck? Will Hangfa compete with the heavy truck Zhangqiu engine factory? Will Hangfa’s capacity expansion lead to overcapacity? Hangzhou hair seek a breakthrough in the way out?
