胶原与羟基磷灰石复合人工骨的实验研究

以具有良好生物相容性和生物降解性的胶原为颗粒型羟基磷灰石人工骨的粘接成形剂,将HA-胶原复合材料植入狗下颌实验性骨缺损中,采用组织学、定量组织学和X线等方法评价其骨缺损修复能力。研究结果发现,HA-胶原复合人工骨具有良好的组织相容性、骨引导性,能与新骨形成紧密结合,抑制HA颗粒散动及改善其操作性能,胶原在植入后4周完全吸收。本研究表明,HA-胶原复合人工骨作为新的骨修复材料,具有良好的组织相容性和较理想的操作性能。 The HA-collagen composite was implanted into the experimental mandibular defects in dogs with good biocompatibility and biodegradability of collagen as the particle-type hydroxyapatite artificial bone adhesive. Histology and quantitative tissue Learning and X-ray and other methods to evaluate the ability of bone defect repair. The results showed that HA-collagen composite artificial bone has good histocompatibility, osteoconductivity, tight binding with new bone, inhibition of HA particle dispersion and improvement of its handling performance. Collagen is completely absorbed 4 weeks after implantation . This study shows that, HA-collagen composite artificial bone as a new bone repair material, has good histocompatibility and more ideal operating performance.
