目的:分析老年人心力衰竭常见的误诊原因。方法:总结分析2007-04/2009-03间19例被误诊的老年心力衰竭的临床资料。结果:确诊为冠心病10例(其中陈旧心肌梗死6例、房颤2例),高血压心脏病4例,扩张性心肌病2例,风湿性心脏病1例,肥厚性心肌病1例,先天性心脏病(房间隔缺损)1例。结论:老年心力衰竭临床表现多种多样,症状体征少且不典型。提示临床医生在工作中不要遗漏阳性症状及体征,及早确诊,以免造成误诊误治。
Objective: To analyze the causes of misdiagnosis in elderly patients with heart failure. Methods: The clinical data of 19 cases of misdiagnosed senile heart failure between 2007-04 / 2009-03 were analyzed. Results: Coronary heart disease was diagnosed in 10 cases (6 cases of old myocardial infarction, 2 cases of atrial fibrillation), 4 cases of hypertensive heart disease, 2 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy, 1 case of rheumatic heart disease, 1 case of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, One case of congenital heart disease (atrial septal defect). Conclusion: There are many clinical manifestations of heart failure in elderly patients with few symptoms and signs. Tips Clinicians do not miss the positive symptoms and signs at work, early diagnosis, so as to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
