高等学校基层党建工作,是学校党委工作的基础。做好学院党建工作,对实现学校党委领导意义重大。本文以我党基层党建历史经验对高校基层党建工作指导意义为切入点,从学院党委工作的地位与作用、学院党组织的职责定位、学院党组织履职的基本途径三个方面入手,对高校如何开展基层党建工作进行了分析。
The grass-roots party building in colleges and universities is the basis for the work of school party committees. Doing a good job of building the party school in the college is of great significance to the leadership of the party committees in the school. Based on the guiding significance of the history of party building at the grassroots level in the grass-roots party building in colleges and universities as the starting point, this article starts from the following three aspects: the status and role of the college party committee work, the duties and responsibilities of the college party organizations and the basic ways for the college party organizations to perform their duties.
