指出以往学科馆员评价的不足,探讨了学科馆员评价的本质,分析了全评价理论应用于学科馆员评价的可能性。旨在运用全评价与系统论思想,构建学科馆员评价体系。认为学科馆员评价体系应包括评价目的、评级主体、评价客体、评价方法、评价标准与指标、评价制度六大要素。以天津外国语大学图书馆学科馆员为例建立全评价体系。
Points out the deficiencies of previous subject librarians, discusses the essence of the subject librarian’s evaluation, and analyzes the possibility of applying the full evaluation theory to the subject librarian’s evaluation. The purpose is to construct the evaluation system of subject librarians by using the full evaluation and system theory. It is concluded that subject librarian evaluation system should include the six main elements of evaluation purpose, rating subject, evaluation object, evaluation method, evaluation criteria and indicators, and evaluation system. Take Tianjin University of Foreign Languages Librarian as an example to establish a full evaluation system.
