油毡防水屋面过去曾有很好的声誉,现在许多单位反映,油毡屋面质量普遍下降,使用年限缩短,维修返修困难已成为基建、维修部门的一个老大难问题。为弄清油毡屋面使用效果下降的原因,最近,我们在全国五个大区调查了三十四个厂、所、院、校的一百多个屋面工程的实际使用效果及质量情况。一、对三十年来油毡屋面质量下降原因的分析从调查资料看:一五时期我国油毡屋面防水效果可靠,使用年限较长。从58年以后,油毡屋面防水效果大幅度下降,使用年限也缩短了很多。为什么会发生这种状况?其主要原因有那些?调查情况如下:
