建筑节能设计中,需要考虑的节能因素较多,评估指标分布较为分散,预算估计中的约束条件过于复杂,导致结果偏差较大。引入遗传优化约束条件的节能建筑预算评估模型,将不同需求的建筑节能因素进行分类,根据建筑节能特性建立非线性预算评估目标函数,对构建预算评估约束条件的NP-Hard性质采用遗传算法进行求解,得到最优节能建筑预算评估模型。仿真实验表明,这种方法能够针对建筑中节能因素的特点建立准确的预算评估模型,提高了预算的准确性。
In the design of building energy efficiency, there are many energy-saving factors to be considered, the distribution of evaluation indexes is relatively scattered, and the constraints in the budget estimation are too complicated, resulting in large deviation of results. The energy-saving building budget assessment model with genetic optimization constraints is introduced to classify the energy-saving factors of different needs. Based on the building energy-saving characteristics, an objective function of nonlinear budget assessment is established. The NP-Hard property of the budget evaluation constraints is solved by genetic algorithm , Get the optimal energy-saving construction budget assessment model. Simulation results show that this method can establish an accurate budget evaluation model for the characteristics of energy-saving factors in buildings and improve the accuracy of the budget.
