The construction of the world’s automated container terminal has started to rise from the late 1990s, but has not been implemented in our country due to technology and job consideration. In recent years, with the rise of domestic labor costs and technology maturing, Xiamen, Shanghai and Tianjin ports have invested heavily in R & D of automated terminals. Among them, Xiamen Yuanhai Container Terminal is the first one in China
