目的:探讨具有清热利湿、凉血疏风、益气养血作用的皮炎康颗粒是否有抗炎、抑制免疫反应的药理学作用。方法:采用2,4-二硝基氯苯(DNCB)建立小鼠慢性变应性接触性皮炎(ACD)模型,设定皮炎康颗粒高(4倍等效量)、中(2倍等效量)、低(等效量)3个剂量组和氯雷他定片高剂量(4倍量)组。运用酶联免疫(ELISA)法检测皮炎康颗粒对慢性ACD小鼠血清中干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)的含量的影响。结果:皮炎康颗粒可明显改善降低慢性ACD模型小鼠血清IFN-γ水平,并升高IL-4含量。结论:可以看出皮炎康颗粒具有良好的抑制免疫应激反应的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the pharmacological effects of PiYangKang granules with anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory effects on the heat-clearing and dampness-cooling, wind-clearing and wind-clearing, Qi-supplementing and nourishing effects. Results: PiYankang Granule can obviously reduce serum IFN-γ level and increase IL-4 level in chronic ACD model mice. Conclusion: It can be seen that dermatitis Kang particles have a good inhibitory effect of immune stress response.
