X射线录井是近几年石油地质录井兴起的新的录井技术。传统录井对岩性的识别主要靠人的肉眼直接观察,或借助光学仪器观察,所获得资料是定性的观察描述资料。由于使用PDC钻头,造成造成岩屑细小,花岗岩和砂砾岩从肉眼上看,难以区分。X射线元素录井技术对于岩屑细小、混杂等情况下依然能进行快速、准确、定量测定,是其他录井手段无法替代的。
X-ray logging is a new logging technology that has emerged in petroleum geological logging in recent years. The identification of lithology by traditional mud logging is mainly based on direct observation by the naked eye or observation by optical instruments. The obtained data are qualitative observation and description data. Due to the use of PDC bits, resulting in debris cuttings, granite and glutenite from the naked eye, it is difficult to distinguish. The X-ray elemental well logging technology can still be used for rapid, accurate and quantitative determination of small and mixed cuttings, which is irreplaceable by other logging methods.
