法律是一个国家的立国之本,是社会繁荣昌盛的保障,法律体系在中国特色社会主义建设过程中,发挥着至关重要的作用。改革开放带动了中国经济的发展,使社会各行各业焕发生机,一个社会要想稳定持久的发展,就必须将法律作为行为规范的准则。法律体系的构建不仅仅是依靠理论研究,更重要的是在社会大环境中,通过实践经验,形成明朗的条文、依据或标准。当前,我国的法律体系还存在很多不足,很多社会活动缺乏相应的法规,政府要行使好领导的角色,从长远的整体的利益出发,构建中国特色法律体系。 Law is the foundation of a nation’s founding nation and a guarantee for the prosperous society. The legal system plays a crucial role in the process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. The reform and opening up have brought about the development of China’s economy and brought vitality to all walks of life in society. If a society wants stable and lasting development, it must regard the law as its norms of conduct. The construction of legal system not only depends on theoretical research, but more importantly, through practical experience in the social environment, it forms a clear provision, basis or standard. At present, there are still many deficiencies in the legal system in our country. Many social activities lack corresponding laws and regulations. The government should exercise its leading role and set up a legal system with Chinese characteristics in the long run as a whole.
