一、前言铁道机车车辆从新造投入运用起至寿命终了而被报废为止的这一过程,受种种复杂因素的影响而不完全相同。机车车辆各零部件在日常的运用中有因故障、损坏或磨耗而不能使用的情况,要防止这类毛病的发生或使其恢复机能,就需要实施机车车辆的检修。本文依据机车车辆检修费用年年增长的现状,将阐述:对机车车辆零部件应比现在更明确地实施“用而不修”和“反复使用”的原则;按此原则来改进现行的检查体系;以及在这种情况下机车车辆的寿命问题。二、日本国铁现状 1.机车车辆的寿命周期指机车车辆从计划制作到落成,此后再经若干年直至报废的过程,如图1。
