摘除乳猪颌下腺，提取并纯化表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ），经活性鉴定后，对６５例长期不愈的鼓膜穿孔患者，在鼓膜穿孔修补术中局部应用。经临床观察，鼓膜穿孔愈合率为９０．９％，愈合时间平均为９天。病人无痛苦，无耳毒性及其它不良反应。表明局部应用ＥＧＦ具有促进鼓膜穿孔愈合的作用。
The submandibular gland of piglets was removed, epidermal growth factor (EGF) was extracted and purified. After identification of the activity, 65 cases of long-term perforation of the tympanic membrane perforation were applied topically in tympanic membrane perforation repair. The clinical observation, the healing rate of tympanic membrane perforation was 90.9%, healing time averaging 9 days. Patients without pain, no ototoxicity and other adverse reactions. It is indicated that the topical application of EGF has the effect of promoting the healing of tympanic membrane perforation.
