笔者自1985年5月～1989年5月用碳酸氢钠与镁剂合用治疗偏头痛60例取得满意疗效,现报告如下:1 资料和方法1.1 诊断标准:①反复发作性头痛,头痛发作前有视觉症状及短暂神经缺失症状,常伴恶心,呕吐,②头痛呈周期性发作,每次发作过程相似,发作间歇期一切正常,③神经系统检查无阳性体征,④除外发热头痛,其它器质性疾病引起的头痛。1.2一般资料:将112例偏头痛患者随机抽样分为2组,其中洽疗组60例,男13例,女47例,年龄13～42岁,平均28.35岁;对照组52例,男10例,
