这篇文章是无锡机床厂为设计新产品 3 MB 1650型半自动双列球面滚子轴承外圈滚道磨床所作的试验。通过试验研究找到了新的磨削原理和加工方法,在新产品上应用后取得了良好的效果。这说明经过试验给产品设计提供依据是一项重要工作,产品设计必须以科学试验为基础。 本期发表的另一篇文章是江东机床厂的“X 634 W型铣床进给系统振动的消除”,最初就是由于没有通过实验而产生了进给系统振动问题,但他们运用基础理论对振源进行分析,抓住主要矛盾采取必要措施,最后得到了改进。 “阶级斗争、生产斗争和科学实验,是建设社会主义强大国家的三项伟大革命运动”。通过科学实验来掌握机床的客观规律,使其贯穿于设计、制造、使用、改造整个过程,将有力地促进我国机床工业多快好省地发展。
