本文从班组建设工作的实践出发,简要介绍了在班组建设工作探索与实操中的一些经验和做法,并对影响班组建设的因素和在班组绩效考评操作过程中发现的问题做以分析,在此基础上提出推进我矿班组建设工作的建议和对策。通过研究,以期继续巩固班组建设成果、进一步完善班组建设机制、增强班组建设工作的实效性,持续提升班组建设水平,并对我矿班组建设工作特色模式的建立和班组安全、和谐、健康发展提供一些有益借鉴。
