本文提出了混流式水轮机转轮内三元空化流场的数值分析方法和一种新的空穴模型,实现了水轮机转轮内三元空化流场和叶片上三元空化区域的预测.通过比较岩滩水电站模型转轮的空化试验结果及其三元空化流场的数值分析结果,可以证明:基于此种准三元空化流动理论的转轮内空化流场分析结果具有定量上的准确性,具有工程实用价值.
This paper presents a numerical analysis method for the ternary cavitation flow field in a Francis turbine runner and a new hole model to predict the ternary cavitation flow field in the turbine runner and the prediction of the ternary cavitation zone on the blade . By comparing the results of cavitation test and the numerical analysis of the ternary cavitation flow field of the model runner of Yantan Hydropower Station, it can be proved that the results of cavitation flow field analysis in the rotor based on the quasi-ternary cavitation flow theory show that Quantitative accuracy, with engineering practical value.
