日前,天津航空旗下控股企业——天津华宇股份有限公司通过协议转让的方式在全国股转系统挂牌公开转让,这标志着天津华宇正式登录新三板市场,成为新三板市场首家专业化的跨境电商物流供应商。天津华宇股份有限公司(以下简称“天津华宇”),原名天津空港华宇航空货运站有限公司,于2006年由德国汉莎创立,2008年正式运营,2011年,海航集团完成对华宇货站资产重组,正式归入海航旗下。
