人才是军队建设与发展的先决资源,院校与部队合力育人既是军委总部的政策要求,也是部队现实的迫切需求。笔者从建立机制、规范方式、创新方法等方面对院校与部队合力育人问题进行了思考。一、建立院校与部队合力育人机制现代战争对人才的能力素质提出了新的更高的要求,仅靠院校或部队单一渠道进行培养,难以达到预期的目标。为此,必须在建立院校和部队一体化联合培养机制上形成共识,确保人才健康成长。 Talents are the prerequisite resources for the building and development of the military. The joint efforts of institutions and the military to educate people are not only the policy requirements of the headquarters of the Central Military Commission but also the immediate needs of the military. The author thinks about how colleges and the troops work together to educate people from the aspects of establishing mechanism, standardizing methods and innovative methods. I. Building a Mechanism of Educating People by Institutions of Higher Education and Colleges and Universities The modern war has set new and higher requirements on the ability and quality of talented people. It is difficult to achieve the desired goal only through training by a single channel of institutions or units. To this end, we must form a consensus on establishing an integrated training mechanism for institutions and forces to ensure the healthy growth of personnel.
