通过新民主主义的边建设边过渡逐步实现向社会主义的革命转变，这是周恩来在建国初年的一个重要的思想建树。周恩来这一思想有其历史依据和理论基础，他与毛泽东关于实现这一转变在指导思想和实践上的区别，深刻反映了周恩来作为伟大的马克思主义者的理论勇气和求实精神。周恩来始终不渝地坚持全面贯彻党的革命转变理论和路线，对于我国完成过渡时期建设与改造的双重历史任务，实现革命转变，作出了不可磨灭的贡献
The gradual transition to socialism through the transition of new-democratic construction and development is an important ideological foundation for Zhou Enlai’s early years in the founding of New China. The thought of Zhou Enlai has its historical basis and theoretical foundation. The difference between Mao Zedong’s guiding ideology and practice in realizing this transformation profoundly reflects Zhou Enlai’s theoretical courage and pragmatism as a great Marxist. Zhou Enlai has unswervingly adhered to the theory and line of carrying out the party’s revolutionary transformation in an all-round way and has made indelible contributions to the dual historical task of our country in completing the construction and transformation of the transitional period and bringing about the revolution.
