[目的]探讨小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的合理诊断与治疗。[方法]回顾性分析43例临床资料。[结果]43例中肿瘤全切32例（75．5％），部分切除11例（255％）。手术加平阳霉素瘤内注射肿瘤全消37例（86％）。[结论]肿瘤切除加平阳霉素庙内注射是小儿颈部淋巴管瘤的首选治疗措施。
[Objective] To explore the reasonable diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cervical lymphangioma. [Methods] Retrospective analysis of 43 cases of clinical data. [Results] Of the 43 cases, 32 cases (75.5%) were totally resected and 11 cases (255%) were partially resected. Surgery plus pingyangmycin intratumoral injection of tumor completely eliminated in 37 cases (86%). [Conclusion] Tumor resection plus injection of Pingyangmycin in the temple is the first choice for the treatment of cervical lymphangioma in children.
