目的:研究O/W型微乳凝胶的粒度分布特性及其与普通水凝胶的区别。方法:O/W型微乳凝胶样品经稀释后采用动态光散射法进行粒度检测,通过对样品稀释方法和条件进行考察,确定了样品检测方法;对含不同凝胶基质的微乳凝胶和不同微乳处方配制成的微乳凝胶进行粒度测定,并与普通水凝胶进行比较。结果:O/W型微乳凝胶用水稀释100倍后可进行平均粒度测定,平均粒度分布在10~100 nm;微乳凝胶与其同处方微乳的粒度分布相近;与普通水凝胶有明显区别。结论:粒度测定可作为微乳凝胶检测指标之一。
Objective: To study the particle size distribution of O / W microemulsion gel and its difference with that of common hydrogel. Methods: After the diluted O / W microemulsion gel sample was diluted, its particle size was detected by dynamic light scattering method. The method and condition of sample dilution were examined to determine the sample detection method. The microemulsion gel with different gel matrix And different microemulsion formulations prepared microemulsion gel particle size determination, and compared with ordinary hydrogel.
