和谐社会的重要特征之一是社会公平。教育公平是社会公平的起点,是构建和谐社会的重要基础。基础教育的均衡发展是教育公平的内在要求,也是构建和谐社会的不可或缺的组成部分。办人民满意的教育是教育工作贯彻“三个代表”重要思想的具体体现,是落实以人为本的科学发展观和加强党的执政能力建设的必然要求。近几年来,我区以科学发展观为指导,在全区范围内努力推进教育均衡发展,努力“双高普九”质量,努力让每个学生都能享受公平、良好的教育,人民群众对教育的满意度明显提升。
One of the important characteristics of a harmonious society is social justice. Education fairness is the starting point of social fairness and an important basis for building a harmonious society. The balanced development of basic education is the intrinsic requirement of educational fairness, and it is also an indispensable part of building a harmonious society. The education for the satisfaction of the people is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the “three represents” important thinking in education, and is an inevitable requirement for implementing the people-oriented scientific development concept and strengthening the party’s ability to govern. In recent years, with the guidance of the scientific outlook on development, our district has been striving to promote balanced development of education throughout the entire region, striving to ensure the quality of the “double high, nine, and high” and making every student enjoy fair and good education. The people’s satisfaction with education has improved significantly.
