采用新型脉冲放电电火花表面强化设备 ,以 Cr2 B作为强化电极材料 ,3 Cr2 W8V钢为基体材料 ,研究了电火花表面强化工艺对强化层组织结构及强化层性能的影响。结果表明 ,两种强化气氛条件下 ,强化层组织均为细致的树枝晶 ,强化层的 X射线衍射最强峰均为 Cr2 B,次强峰均为α-Fe,但空气中强化层 α-Fe峰比氩气中的强 ,另外 ,还出现了 Fe3O4的峰 ;在氩气中强化时 ,强化表面质量好 ,气孔及微裂纹少 ,强化层硬度大于空气气氛下强化层硬度
The effects of EDM surface strengthening technology on the microstructure and strengthening properties of the strengthened layer were studied by using the new pulse EDM surface enhancement equipment. The Cr2B as the strengthened electrode material and the 3 Cr2 W8V steel were used as the matrix materials. The results show that the microstructure of the strengthened layers are meticulous dendrites under both enhanced atmosphere conditions. The strongest peaks of the X-ray diffraction of the strengthened layer are both Cr2 B and the second strong peaks are α-Fe. However, Fe peak is stronger than that in argon, and the peak of Fe3O4 also appears; in the case of strengthening in argon, the surface of the strengthened surface is good, the pores and micro-cracks are less, and the hardness of the strengthening layer is greater than the hardness of the strengthening layer in the air atmosphere
