动物实验显示,在狗右心室心尖部置一电极导管,发放≤1.0瓦·秒的电能使30次心动周期≥200毫秒的持续性室性心动过速中的25次发作终止.通过缝于心外膜心尖部的网状金属线圆锥形电极进行电击,6次室性心动过速中有5次其终止室性心动过速的电能阈值可降低至0.008瓦·秒.本文研究在清醒的、未用镇静剂的持续性室性心动过速病人中使用经静脉电极导管低能量同步心脏复律的安全性、有效性和病人的耐受性,并观察能否用同一电极导管终止心室颤动.方法:7例心肌梗塞后的男性患者,年龄55~
