在临床治疗上,对重症烧伤、心血管术后、尿毒症、肾移植术后以及外伤休克等多种疾病,都需要定时(每隔30分钟或60分钟)观测排尿量,以判断患者肾功能的状况。以往都使用贮尿器收集尿液,再倒入量杯计量,然后倒入另一贮尿器供化验或计量24小时尿量用。这种方法操作麻烦,在使用留置导尿管时,还很难防止导尿管接管的污染。中国医科大学第一附属医院泌尿科对此进行了改革,研制出一种简单可靠的量尿器,它计量准确,大大减轻了护理工作量,也减少了导尿管接管被污染的可能性。
