台湾地区的技术与职业教育(简称技职教育)对当地的经济社会发展起到了举足轻重的作用。本文从其定位准确、体系完整、证照完善、建教合作、公私并举等五个特点进行分析探讨,并结合大陆职业教育发展面临的问题,指出大陆职教应借鉴台湾技职教育发展经验,进行本土化思考,提出相应的改进策略:完善定位准确、构建纵横交错的现代化职业教育体系,建立严格的职业资格证书体系,鼓励民办教育、深化校企合作。
Technical and vocational education in Taiwan (referred to as technical and vocational education) plays an important role in the economic and social development in the region. In this paper, the author analyzes and discusses five characteristics of the vocational education in China, including its accurate positioning, complete system, perfect license, cooperation between construction and education, public-private cooperation and other issues. It points out that vocational education in the Mainland should learn from the experience of technical and vocational education in Taiwan and carry out local And put forward corresponding improvement strategies: improve the accurate positioning, build a modern vocational education system in criss-crossing and crisscross style, establish a strict vocational qualification certificate system, encourage private education and deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises.
