针对核燃料棒管TIG环焊的工艺特点和技术要求,研制了环焊加工所必需的关键产品———真空室。采用筒式变形体作为夹具,实现不同规格棒管零件的弹性装夹,避免了因夹紧力过大而造成零件变形的失效;采用真空腔与焊接腔分开设计方案,使得设备的加工、安装与维护非常方便;采用步进电机驱动和同步带传动,实现了棒管环焊时真空室同步旋转和移动的精确性,提高了棒管的焊接质量。该产品已经投入到实际生产中应用,不仅零件的加工质量较高,而且产品的维护十分方便。
