劳动定员是企业管理的基础和组织生产的依据,定员标准是核定企业劳动定员的主要依据,也是精干企业用工,提高劳动效率的根本保障。劳动定员方法比较多,熟练掌握,有效应用才能制定出科学、先进、适用的定员标准。本文介绍了五种基本定员方法及使用范围,并以制定CNG母站定员标准为例,详细阐述了定员方法的应用。
Staffing is the basis of enterprise management and the basis for organizing production. The standard of staffing is the main basis for the approval of the staffing of enterprises and also serves as the fundamental guarantee for lean enterprises to work and improve labor efficiency. There are many methods of working capacity, mastering and applying effectively to formulate a scientific, advanced and applicable standard of personnel. This article describes five basic methods and the scope of use of capacity, and to set the standard CNG parent station as an example, detailing the application of the method of personnel.
