中职教育在其发展过程中遇到了很多问题,尤其是在学生管理过程中的问题非常严重,中等职业技术类院校的教育目标是培养企业需要的基础型人才,而中职学生往往不能与企业的文化与战略目标相匹配,达不到企业的要求,企业不承认也不愿意接受学生。很多招聘负责人说:“来应聘的学生很多,能达到要求的却很少”。企业做出的评价是学生不了解企业、挑三拣四、没有目标、对自己没定位、没有纪律观念,整体素质低。针对这些问题,我们需要在学生管理层面上进行改革,把企业管理引入学生管理中,把学生视为企业员工,用企业的方法管理与培养学生。
