目的回顾昆明市心理危机研究与干预中心热线电话来电者的资料以及咨询内容,探讨心理热线在心理危机干预中的重要性。方法对本中心开通心理热线以来3392例热线电话来电者的资料以及咨询内容进行统计分析。结果来电者一般以19~40岁居多,咨询的主要问题集中在精神病咨询、情绪问题、恋爱婚姻问题、子女教育问题和性心理问题等几个方面,男女对家庭问题、子女教育问题和性问题的看法存在差异。结论心理咨询社会需求量大,涉及内容广,心理热线对心理危机干预有重要的作用。
Objective To review the information and consultation contents of hotline callers in Kunming Psychological Crisis Research and Intervention Center and discuss the importance of psychological hotlines in psychological crisis intervention. Methods The data of 3392 hotline callers since the establishment of Psychological Hotline and the contents of consultation were analyzed statistically. As a result, the number of callers is generally 19 to 40 years old. The main problems of counseling are mental counseling, emotional problems, love and marriage problems, children’s education problems and sexual psychological problems. Men and women face family problems, children’s education and sexual problems There are differences in the views. Conclusion Psychological counseling needs a large number of society, involving a wide range of content, psychological hotline psychological crisis intervention has an important role.
