煤电之争的根源在于体制众所周知,煤与电属于上下游产业,电是煤的延伸,是煤拉长了的产业链。二者本应是唇齿相依、骨肉相连的关系。但是,多年来煤电之间的纷争不断,在不对等竞争的情况下,煤炭行业的利益被电力行业所占据,极大地损害了煤炭企业的利益,影响了煤炭工业的健康发展?
The root cause of the dispute between coal and electricity lies in the system as we all know, coal and electricity belong to the upstream and downstream industries, electricity is an extension of coal, the coal extended industrial chain.
