各位代表、同志们:经过四天的紧张工作,会议就要结束了。经研究,由我来向各位代表做简要的汇报。讲三个方面的问题。一是会议的基本情况和估价。会议期间,我们办了四件事.一是总结了“七五”期间的计量工作,充分肯定了成绩,找出了差距,分析了“八五”期间面临的形势,明确了主要任务、奋斗目标、指导思想和相应的措施。二是宣传、贯彻了《国防计量监督管理条例》,讨论修改了《航空航天工业部计量监督管理办法》。三是通过大会和书面发言,交流了航空航天计量工作的经验。大会共收到经验交流材料24篇.(其中航空13篇,航天11篇)。这些经验既有共同之处,又各有特色。通过交流起到了相互学习、取长 Dear Delegates, Comrades, After four days of intense work, the meeting is coming to an end. After research, let me brief you on your briefing. Talk about three aspects of the problem. First, the basic situation and valuation of the meeting. During the meeting, we did four things: First, we summed up the measurement work during the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, fully affirmed the achievements and identified the gaps, analyzed the situations facing the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, clarified the major tasks and struggles Goals, guiding ideology and corresponding measures.
