1 关于施工组织问题要合理组织塔机参加建筑施工,首先在于正确选定塔机的型式。根据经验,对于一般砖混结构的多层建筑,以采用轻型下回转快速安装塔机进行吊装施工最为经济合理。常用的轻型下回转塔机有红旗Ⅱ-16,QT16,QT25等。对于装配式大板多层建筑或内浇外砖结构多层建筑等,以采用QT45,QT60,QTG40,QTG60一类中型下回转快速安装塔机较为经济合
1 On the issue of construction organization, it is necessary to properly organize the tower crane to participate in construction. The first step is to correctly select the type of tower crane. According to experience, for a multi-storey building with a typical brick-concrete structure, it is most economical and reasonable to use a lightweight, down-swiftly-installed tower crane for lifting construction. The commonly used light lower turret machines are Red Flag II-16, QT16, QT25 and so on. It is more economical to use a QT45, QT60, QTG40, QTG60 medium-sized lower-swivel, fast-installing tower crane for prefabricated large- and multi-storey buildings or in-building multi-story brick buildings.
