微波热疗的关键是控制热疗温度。目前,微波热疗机多数采用基于PID的控温方案,效果甚不理想。本文在以8098单片机为核心的微波热疗系统中采用了近年来发展起来的一种新型计算机控制算法─—广义预测控制(GPC)控制热疗温度,并且对原算法做了必要的简化,同时辅之以在线辨识受控对象模型参数的方法,使之成为一种自适应控制算法。闭环试验证明这种算法鲁棒性强、控制品质好。
The key to microwave hyperthermia is to control the hyperthermia temperature. At present, the majority of microwave hyperthermia machines using PID-based temperature control program, the effect is not satisfactory. In this paper, a new type of computer control algorithm developed in recent years is adopted in the microwave hyperthermia system with 8098 single-chip microcomputer as its core. The generalized predictive control (GPC) controls the hyperthermia temperature and simplifies the original algorithm, meanwhile, Aided by the online identification of controlled object model parameters, making it an adaptive control algorithm. Closed-loop experiments prove that this algorithm is robust and has good control quality.
