本文综合介绍了真空无钎剂铝钎焊工艺发展过程和工艺机理，并分析了真空无钎剂铝钎焊工艺对真空铝钎焊设备的技术要求。
In this paper, the development process and technological process of vacuum brazing-free aluminum brazing process are introduced synthetically. The technical requirements of vacuum brazing-free aluminum brazing process for vacuum aluminum brazing equipment are also analyzed.
