目的研究瑞香科植物紫芫花(Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc.)干燥花蕾的化学成分。方法对紫芫花的体积分数95%乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位采用硅胶、凝胶Sephadex LH-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到12个化合物,鉴定了其中10个化合物,分别为芹菜素(apigenin,1)、芫花素(genkwanin,2)、刺槐素(4’-O-methylapigenin,3)、椴苷[kaempferol,3-O-β-D-(6-O-trans-p-coumaroyl)-glucopyranoside,4]、对羟基苯甲醛(4-hydroxybenzaldehyde,5)、对羟基桂皮酸甲酯(trans-p-hydroxy cinnamic methyl ester,6)、对羟基苯甲酸(p-hydroxybenzoic acid,7)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxy cinnamic acid,8)、苄基葡萄糖苷(benzyl-glucopyranoside,9)和苯乙基葡萄糖苷(phenylethyl-gluco-pyranoside,10)。结论化合物5~10为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of dried buds of Daphne genkwa Sieb.et Zucc. Methods The ethyl acetate fraction of 95% ethanol extract of Daphne genkwa was isolated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and gel Sephadex LH-20. The chemical constituents were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated and 10 of them were identified as apigenin (1), genkwanin (2), 4’-O-methylapigenin (3), kaempferol , 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde (5), trans-p-hydroxy-6-O cinnamic methyl ester 6, p-hydroxybenzoic acid 7, p-hydroxy cinnamic acid 8, benzyl-glucopyranoside 9 and phenethyl glucose (Phenylethyl-gluco-pyranoside, 10). Conclusion Compounds 5 ~ 10 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
