目的:建立心宁胶囊中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法:HPLC法,流动相:乙腈-0.4％磷酸水溶液(20.5:79.5)为流动相;检测波长为203nm;柱温40℃。结果:人参皂苷Rg1线性范围为0.392μg-4.704μg,平均回收率99.8％,RSD为2.23％。结论:方法可靠,简单可行,为控制心宁胶囊的内在质量提供了科学依据。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1 in Xinning capsules. Method: HPLC method, mobile phase: acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (20.5:79.5) as mobile phase; detection wavelength was 203 nm; column temperature was 40°C. Results: The linear range of ginsenoside Rg1 was 0.392μg-4.704μg, the average recovery rate was 99.8%, and the RSD was 2.23%. Conclusion: The method is reliable, simple and feasible, and provides scientific basis for controlling the internal quality of Xinning capsule.
