目的 阐述端粒酶活性检测方法 (定性及定量 )的进展、在肿瘤诊断、判断预后上的价值及端粒酶激活在头颈部恶性肿瘤发生中作用。方法 参阅相关文献进行综述。结果 端粒酶活性检测方法由定性向定量发展并有不依赖放射性同位素的走向 ;头颈部恶性肿瘤 ,尤其是鳞癌组织中端粒酶呈现高表达。结论 端粒酶活性检测方法仍需改进 ;酶活性检测对头颈部肿瘤有一定的辅助诊断价值 ;端粒酶激活在头颈部恶性肿瘤的发生中起着重要的作用。
Objective To elucidate the progress of telomerase activity assays (qualitative and quantitative), the value of tumor diagnosis, prognosis, and the role of telomerase activation in the development of head and neck malignancies. Methods Refer to related literature for review. Results The telomerase activity assay was developed qualitatively and quantitatively, and did not depend on the direction of radioisotopes; high expression of telomerase was found in head and neck malignancies, especially in squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion The detection method of telomerase activity still needs to be improved. The detection of enzyme activity has a certain value in the diagnosis of head and neck tumors. Telomerase activation plays an important role in the occurrence of head and neck malignancy.
