简介 随着我国社会主义妇幼保健事业的发展和计划生育工作的深入,对产科工作提出了更高的要求,以保证母亲的健康和提高婴儿成活率。妇产科护理组同志们在长期实践过程中,发现用产程曲线图解来观察产程是一个简便易行而又比较可靠的方法。应用产程曲线可以比较早期地发现产程中出现的问题,为及时而正确地处理产程中的问题创造了条件。 本文介绍了应用产程曲线图解的经验体会,对该科400例分娩的产程曲线进行分析,对异常产程曲线的图形及其临床意义、护理及处理原则进行了讨论。
Introduction With the development of the maternal and child health care in our country and the deepening of family planning work, higher requirements are put forward on maternity work so as to ensure the mother’s health and increase the infant’s survival rate. Obstetrics and Gynecology Nursing Group comrades in the long course of practice, found that the use of labor curve diagram to observe the labor process is a simple and easy and more reliable method. The application of labor curve can be found earlier in the production process problems, timely and correct treatment of production problems created the conditions. This paper introduces the experience of using the labor curve diagram, analyzes the birth curve of 400 cases of this department, and discusses the graph of the abnormal labor curve and its clinical significance, nursing and treatment principles.
