科技进步作为经济发展的重要因素,日益显示出“第一生产力”的重要作用。预计1992年,大中型工业企业新产品产值1890亿元,新产品实现利税160亿元,新产品销售收入1740亿元,分别比上年增加532亿元,96亿元和554亿元。作为联结科技与经济桥梁的技术市场交易活跃,交易额预计达130亿元,成为技术市场开放以来首次突破百亿元的第一个年头。1992年1至11月份,作为反映科技活动产出的重要指标国内专利申请受理量达54442件,比上年同期增长36%。科技事业的发展呈良好势头。
As an important factor in economic development, scientific and technological progress has increasingly shown an important role of “primary productive force.” It is estimated that in 1992, the output value of new products of large and medium-sized industrial enterprises reached 189 billion yuan, profits and taxes of new products reached 16.0 billion yuan, and sales revenue of new products reached 174 billion yuan, an increase of 52.3 billion yuan, 9.6 billion yuan and 55.4 billion yuan over the previous year respectively. The technology market, which is a bridge connecting science and technology with the economy, has an active trading volume of 13 billion yuan, making it the first year that the market has exceeded 10 billion yuan for the first time since the technology market was opened up. From January to November 1992, the number of domestic patent applications accepted as an important index reflecting the output of scientific and technological activities reached 54442, an increase of 36% over the same period of last year. The development of science and technology has shown a good momentum.
