1984年12月14日～15日在天津宁河县芦台镇由中国建筑科学研究院组织召开了《盆式搁置预应力平板网架结构》、《几种网架结构(蜂窝形三角锥网架、斜放四角锥网架、抽空三角锥网架Ⅱ型)的简化分析方法》两项专题鉴定会。此两项专题的主要负责人分别为中国建筑科学研究院结构所的熊盈川和董石麟同志。鉴定委员会由航空部第四设计院、天津大学等15个单位组成。全体委员一致认为盆式搁置预应力网架是一种创新,达到了国内先进水平,利用支座升降来调整网架结构的内力在国际上也属首创。这
